My Wollemi, bought in May 2007, has grown from 26" to 42" in three years, and survived the winter in a greenhouse, with a bit of fleece over it for the severe frosty nights. This year it has grown about ten male cones, each about 3-4" long, at the top, and looks pretty happy in a large pot in which it now lives outside. The cones, when tapped, release a cloud of pollen. I presume I will have to wait for female cones to develop before one can even think of propagating.

I have been trying to get a wollemi pine to Toronto Canada. I have searched and searched for three years. My sister has one and it is still young but it has grown and looks amazing. I am at a loss. Do you know of anyone in Canada who has a wollemi pine and is willing to ship it out. I cannot find anyone. In US is it readily available but in Toronto not. HELP ME PLEASE
